Online Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily exchange or offer store credit under the following conditions: Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us before returning. Item must be unworn, unused with original tags, labels and packaging intact. Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
No Returns on SALE items.
If your item has been damaged during transit with the courier, please contact us immediately. We will either send you a replacement, offer a credit on your item if your item is out of stock or refund for your item (freight not included). Any freight costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
